Cryptid Atlas has no accounts and no login. The only information it ever sends us is a sighting report you chose to file, in the app or on our website. You can ask us to delete a report, with any photo and contact details it carried, by email or with the request form on this page, without having the app installed.
Email support@meetamsai.com, or use the request form on this page, which writes that email for you. Tell us roughly when and where the sighting was and which creature you reported, so we can find your report. If you gave contact details with the report, include them too.
We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
The app keeps your settings, your picks and the downloaded case files on your phone. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove them along with the random report ID. Android's own backup may include your settings if you have it turned on.
If you reported on our website, your browser keeps only a random report ID. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
Browsing the map never sends anything about you to us, so there is no profile, history or account to delete.
