The index itself, the plain-English summaries we write and the arrangement of the records are our own work, and all rights are reserved: no copying, republication, redistribution or scraping without our written permission. The apps are provided as is for information and entertainment; nothing in them is medical or other professional advice, and the terms set out a health and safety notice and limits of liability.

Independent Status and No Government Affiliation. Project Fast Walker ("the App") is an independent reference archive from Aquarius Mobile Studios by EMSO Inc. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representing any government entity, agency, or department, and does not provide or facilitate any official government service. All documents and materials made available through the App are publicly released or declassified government records. The App does not host or claim ownership of these records and links each to its official source or originating archive for independent verification.
These terms apply to every Android app from Aquarius Mobile Studios by EMSO Inc. and to this website. Sections 1 to 8 include terms written for Project Fast Walker, our document archive. The disclaimers, the health and safety notice and the limits in sections 9 to 13 apply to every app and to this website.
Project Fast Walker is an educational UAP research tool and archive catalog. We are an independent studio and are not affiliated with any government agency, military branch, or intelligence organization.
We act as a pointer, not a publisher. We host metadata and link to original sources (e.g., CIA CREST, FBI Vault, the U.S. and UK National Archives, AARO, war.gov, the FAA). We do not claim ownership over any linked government documents.
You may browse the catalog anonymously. If you choose to sign in (via Google or Facebook), you must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Some of our apps offer a single optional in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no trial that converts into one. All payments are processed by Google Play, which shows the current price before you buy and records your ownership so you can restore it on a new device. We never see or store your payment details.
V1.0 of Project Fast Walker does not support user-submitted documents or community uploading.
You agree not to engage in bulk scraping, reverse engineering, commercial use without permission, circumventing paywalls, or sharing premium credentials. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
The Project Fast Walker name, Fastwalker name, Anomaly Bureau name, and the app design and code are the property of Aquarius Mobile Studios by EMSO Inc. The government documents indexed in the archive are public domain or provided under open government licenses by their respective agencies.
Everything we add to those records is our own work, and all rights are reserved. The archive index, the plain-English summaries we write, and the selection and arrangement of the records may not be copied, republished, redistributed, scraped, or used to build or train another product, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Publishing this index, listing these terms as the license in our structured data, or linking to a record's official source grants no reuse rights of any kind. AI answers. Where an app uses AI, such as Tesla Declassified, answers are written by software and can be wrong or incomplete. Check the cited source before relying on one.
Nothing in our apps is medical advice. Our apps do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they are not medical devices.
Talk to your doctor before changing anything. Before you change your sleep, diet, alcohol use, medication, exercise or any health or wellness routine, or act on anything you read or hear in one of our apps, talk to your doctor or another qualified professional. Never ignore professional advice, or put off getting it, because of something in an app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Lucid Dream Training & Journal. Sleep and dream practices, guided breathing and audio sessions are offered for personal exploration, not as treatment. Ask your doctor before using them if you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition, a sleep disorder or a mental-health condition, or if you are pregnant. Stop if you feel unwell. Never use audio sessions while driving or operating machinery.
Esbat, The Gospel of Thomas Daily, Anunnaki & Sumerian Tablets and Illuminati Declassified offer spiritual, religious, historical and educational material. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice.
Vine & Tide is for adults of legal drinking age. Drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and arrange a sober driver. Winery hours, policies and prices change, so confirm them with the winery.
Hurricane Calendar shows storm history. It is not a forecast and not a warning service. In any emergency, follow the official warnings and instructions of your national weather service and local authorities.
Cryptid Atlas and Project Fast Walker present reports and records as their sources give them. Do not trespass, break the law or put yourself in danger to investigate anything you read.
You use our apps and this website at your own risk. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including anything you do, or choose not to do, because of what you read, hear or see in them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Aquarius Mobile Studios, EMSO Inc. and their owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury or property damage, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or this website, or from relying on anything in them.
Our maximum total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have that cannot be waived.
If you misuse our apps or this website, or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the in-app Profile → DELETE ACCOUNT button, or by using the form at https://aquariusmobilestudios.com/delete-account. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be announced with 30 days notice via an in-app announcement.
The disclaimers, the health and safety notice and the liability terms in sections 9 to 13 were expanded on September 30, 2026. For anyone already using our apps, they take effect on October 30, 2026.
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, Suffolk County, without regard to conflict of law principles.
